The Truth About The Crusades

Brilliant, make sure you watch it from start to finish, if you can't be bothered absorbing all of the information contained in videos like this then you really have no right to comment.

It doesn't matter a f--k who he is it only matters about the quality of the information provided, an historical explanation of the mad muslims, the suicide lemming like qualities of the West and how it all ties in to whats happening today.

Don't be a lemming. Watch the video. It's only a little over half an hour long.

Didn't Goebbels say that?

His history and dates are correct. It's the spin. It ignores Rome invading the ME, it ignores things like the pope wanting the wandering violent bands of European thugs that dominated the dark ages to turn their interests elsewhere.

As Europe came out of the dark ages with all it's changes, barbarity and warfare, there were trained men that needed to be "employed" elsewhere. The Church made new rules, no killing priests women or children(men were fair game Grap), yet state(warlord) terror continued. What better place and mission than the holy land for these violent misfits? The pope asks them to redeem the holy lands for Christ and redeem their souls!

I watched your video. History is a funny thing and should never be used politically.

edit: For mass migration, there are many examples. The Celtic tribes wanderings and conquests, all the way to Turkey. The Indo-Europeans that travelled to and lived on the outskirts of China. The German tribes folk wanderings.

From the other side. The sea peoples, the end of the Hittites and all empires at the end of the bronze age in the eastern Mediterranean except Egypt.

Excellent response. It was a propaganda film and too light on with any critical or honest dissection of the underlying factors contributing at that specific time in history.

Not to mention, Islam popped up just as the Roman Empire folded - The lessons of conquest, deprivation and slavery would have been very fresh still and clearly, well learned.

And don't forget the Inquisition (though it wasn't called that) kicked off in southern France around the same time.
The Church was hell bent on liquidating any non-believers for hundreds of years.

Its just more false bigoted anti-Islam propaganda from an aspiring demagogue.

Perversion of history for propaganda.

The Roman occupiers of Jurusalem persecuted the jews and many christian sects. When the muslims negotiated the bloodless surrender of Jerusalem from the Romans, the first thing they did was remove the dung that had been piled on the temple mount, allowed the previously banned jews back in and resumed previously banned christian pilgrimages.

When the crusaders conquered Jerusalem in 1099 it was in a blood bath - at least 10 thousand men, women and children were summarily slaughtered. Then when Saladin reconquered it, he gave safe passage to the christians to their northern kingdoms.

I'm guessing the video didn't mention any of that?
