I'm all for women getting a go but as a leader she was atrocious. One I remember is Gillard by passing an experienced person to appoint Nova Peris Assbone (who had no experience at all) as Aboriginal Affairs Minister . It was one of those "captains picks". Nova anyways starts a travelling on the public purse and goes to the states. There she gets shagged by one of those big Man Dingo black athletes one night on the turps. Anyways Nova feels touched for the very first time AGAIN and decides to hook it up so her shagger can do a tour of Australia on the public purse . He's paid thousands of dollars to come out here and do school tours. You know why ?? So she can get him away from his wife and they can continue their affair. She even admitted to it. You know the funny thing?? SHE DIDN'T GET THE SACK. SHE'S STILL IN POLITICS!!!! Grin

Wow, the misunderstanding just goes on and on doesn’t it? Can’t you get it? It really isn’t that hard to understand.

If I was a kid and a friend came along with a packet of cigarettes in a nice packet with all the misapplied miracle of commercial design so that it looked cool etc I might smoke a cigarette. With a packet colored like camelsh1t I might decide it looked UNcool, the big graphic picture of the results of smoking would likely turn me off even more.

sounds good, except the numbers are proving you wrong. Irrespective of how expensive cigarettes got, we only had a decline in the kids taking up smoking AFTER plain packaging came in.

If YOU were a kid??? Is that what you are basing your proclamation on? What you may or may not do if you were a kid? That's hilarious. Really! Like I said. Enough said.

Most kids are a bit smarter than that and don't take up smoking because of pretty packaging. You really don't understand that do you?

Instead of proclaiming what a resounding success plain packaging has been how about supplying stats. REAL stats. How many people have given up smoking because of the packaging? I have not heard of one so far. Not one.

Cigarette prices go up twice a year in February and August. Price hikes would be a far more indicative reason for giving up than packaging.

It is pointless to assume people have not even taken up the habit because of plain packaging as it could never be proven.
