not all the side effects of weed are long term .. i knew a couple that when on the pot, would argue day and night, sometimes even turning violent towards each other ... however, during their dry spells, they were the best of friends. In the end even they realised it and gave pot up for good. They are happier, and so are their kids.

Nothing 'sanctimonious' about it Emma.  You obviously agree, so the short answer to my question was..........."yes."

Hey Aussie, guess what?,  living isn't safe. You never know what is around the corner, BUT you can LIVE your life, as you choose.

As I pointed out, and JS just confirmed... it isn't an addictive drug, but it has many uses.
These are not for everybody, obviously, but to have criminalised it is the WORST possible way to handle the issue.

You fellas have the problem of having been basically 'brain-washed' against cannabis , by the authorities, since you were a gleam in your mummy's eyes.  I don't decry you for that. BUT perhaps shrugging off this imposed view, and fresh thinking may help you on this subject.

Emma, simple question (which I reckon you have already answered with a 'yes') is this:

Do you agree that long term use of 'weed' over decades is detrimental to health?

No I don't.
It may do so in some people... but no way is it guaranteed a person would suffer any real harm from long term use. ....No evidence for that at all.

NO
is my answer.

you're a drongo. As pointed out earlier ... lots of things cause damage over time. Do you understand the meaning of the word 'may'.? It doesn't mean 'will' .

The answer: NO

Isnt it coincidental that the people who defend the use of dope are the thickest posters on this board.

Not so JS. Angry
The facts are in on tobacco. It is addictive and causes cancer, emphysema etc.
And its legal.

None of this is proven re the use of cannabis.

Why do the uninformed insist on commenting on cannabis? Emma is spot on.
