Clever. only I ddidnt state that. My position was and is that Halal is commonly only used to refer to food or other items which touch or can be absorbed in to the body. i.e. tampons, perfume etc. You are only a pretend Muslim, have never lived in a Muslim country and didnt know this.
and yet this is what you said:

Quite correct, Halal only applies to food.
no qualifications there ian.
Of course when you were proven wrong on that you tried to squirm out of it, but only made yourself look sillier:

You will find that when used in the english language the word halal is only ever used to refer to food.
hilarious. Like I said, you should consider a career in standup.

No, I cant show you exactly how it works, but work it does. Commonly used by law enforcement, has prevented a number of terrorist attacks. Thats all the evidence you need.
which terrorist attacks were thwarted Ian - can you cite any specific examples?
And we are talking about stopping all muslims from entering the country - not just terrorists. Seems to me national profiling would be simpler than racial profiling wouldn't you agree? - ie blanket ban on anyone from Pakistan or Indonesia etc. And you still haven't explained to me how you sort out the hindus from the muslims from India. Or how about the christians from the muslims from Lebanon? How does racial profiling distinguish them?
