Them young folks take their choice of fancy places to go real serious, don't they now? I am an older man, and when I was young we didn't have to git no fancy degrees. We just started work in the small Wall Street firms, which were partnerships back then. Old Man Rockafeller hisself had no damn degree, and neither did anyone else. All the partners knew us by name, and we didn't have no fancy degrees. Neither did they. We did our apprenticeship in them places. But that's 60 years or more ago friends. Now it's all fancy. Folks are gittin all them degrees.
They sure take it serious now don't they?
I have my own thoughts about this myself, and thinking about gittin one of them fancy degrees myself, but I am more interested in your opinions friends.
Some fine folks even go into the history of them places and such at great length on the Internet.
Even them folks on the Reddit Internet Website are talking about itHere too.Back Stateside, everyone knows that the MIT, Caltech and RPI and such are more prestigious than the general Yales and Harvards and such, so I don't git the whole Go8 uppity behaviors and such friends. In fact, I agree that them UTs could safely change their name back to ITs and still be just as good. But I don't know. That's why I'm askin fer yer opinions and such.
God bless the fine folks of Degree Land, and God bless Billy J. Jack.
