The Greens have vision, huge amount of investment into R&D and science, bringing manufacturing back to Australia and protecting Australia's unique environment.

Labor do somewhat have vision, the NBN, Gonski and NDIS were visionary projects along with the "Carbon Tax" and the Mining Tax (despite the mining tax we got was watered done nothing)

Liberals are the party of finance and mining and stupid farmers who want to graze national parks. They are the worst party in Australia from a real business standpoint AND from a visionary standpoint.

This is why of all the major parties I support the Greens (even though they are Orthodox Keynesian Capitalist and not Socialist), they are the only party that has a true future focus and is willing to move Australia into the 21st century. The Liberals are pretty much evil and stupid and Labor are incompetent.

Libs and Labs are past their use-by date, it's just that no one realizes it yet. Who will be the first lemming to fall off the cliff if we don't wake up in time?

that what some say... what do you suggest in their place???...

will you run?..will you start a party that will fix everything??

lets hear about it...

The Grappler Party, of course - only we have the insight, courage, credentials and popular support to make the genuinely hard decisions for the benefit of all.

As Your Prime President I will accept the equivalent of a backbencher's pay... and all my ministers etc will take an equivalent reduction.. there will be no more feather bedding....

What is the Grappler Party's position on lobbyists? Will there be a trap door located next to your desk leading to some kind of pit of doom full of crocodiles, snakes and vacuum cleaner salesmen so you can dismiss them with extreme prejudice?

You are not entitled to your opinion. You are only entitled to hold opinions that you can defend through sound, reasoned argument.

It seems to me that (Australia) we are stuffed at the moment.  Despite all the political hype........there is not one politician with a clear idea how to get ahead.  We are in a boring rut and it really boils down to a choice between stuff all and stuff all and we cannot even afford that.

Where are the ideas?  Where is the vision? Where is a Leader?

why ask? you would only criticise and condemn any leader who dared to change the status quo you defend so strongly.  listen to how you carry on about a union RC or anything even remotely related to industrial relations.  you want the 'change', but will fight it every step along the way.

even the medicare co-payment was just all too much for you.  imagine if a Leader proposed truly radical changes that would reinvigorate the economy and society BUT involved things you didnt like?  people like you opposed the GST and now it is accepted as  low-cost very equitable tax by all but... yep. YOU.

Many on the left here have similar ideas to the Greens. There's your 'vision' and 'leader'.

Pretty much - only those with unmarked paper bags will even get a look in... actually all that is quite unnecessary since all a government has to do is sideline a few lazy bill to some tropic paradise and let it lie fallow for a while before collecting ... retirement benefits.

Actually the trap door is just inside the door and is designed for lobbyists and ministers/MPs who meet with them...

Imagine the dread instilled by the simple words:-  "The Prime President would like a word.... 3am suit?"
