Is this the same Macca that cried for 3 years about one perceived lie by Julia Gillard ?

At least you make no pretence to not being a hypocrite.

the piece of sh1t Dutton not only lied, but then accused others of lying about the situation. He should be removed from office.

You'd have to remove all Liberal politicians from office, if that's the standards you measure them by.

How is wanting to have the right to an abortion after being raped in incarceration 'rorting' the system?

The liberals fear is based on the fact that once in Australia she would be subject to Australian Law and what is happening with off shore detention is not allowable under Australian law. It may not be possible to send her back once she was in Australia and covered by proper laws.

A big part of off shore processing is that it allows the government protection against Australia's legal system. The government need this protection to allow the many breaches of Australian Law that the process contains.

You've wandered into the wrong thread.

The OP isn't about anyone rorting the immigration system.

Read the article again if you don't understand how they are rorting the system

It's called mischievous litigation

The Greens group are using it to stop projects in Australia

They know they won't win but tie up the courts and use claim legal aid i.e. huge costs to Australia

There's no rorting of the immigration system in the OP.

You've either read a different story, or you are very confused.

I certainly have.

Now, the onus is on you to prove your claim that the immigration system is being rorted.

Your failure to do so, or an answer along the lines of "google is your friend", will render your argument invalid.
