people can claim anything. the truth or otherwise is usually revealed by what they write and how they write it. you display a chronic ignorance of the law and you logical skills and writing are dreadful. There is no chance you were ever a lawyer or if you were you were disbarred early on due to gross negilgence.

I can only imagine how many successful lawyers retire to go and drive a taxis for years on end.
