Banged or not is irrelevant. Show evidence he sexually harassed. And its not her word vs briggs. Briggs admitted, the investigation needs to look at the scums past and whether this type of behaviour is a one off. I doubt it.

Rudd called his wife and admitted inappropriate actions

This about as close to "danger" that he got. Grin

Note the gloves to keep his soft, white hands from getting chips from the log but he doesn't cover his eyes or ears!

He was a woos and Therese wouldn't allow him to do anything untoward, she wore the pants and made the money. Grin
