BUT their ovaries (which want the best prospect for survival for their DNA) are not attracted to the beta male who supplicates to women.

hence bad asss players get all the action with the hot girls in their 20's and then when the bad asss players dont want them when they are 33 (and the biological clock tells the ovary to pop out a kid before it comes out with downs syndrome), the chick has to settle for a beta male.

She resents him , of course, for being weak and unable to protect her and she rations sex and keeps him under the thumb.
once the kids are raised and the provider male is not needed she looks at him and kicks him out.

The clubs and pubs are full of 50 to 60 yo single women , behaving badly , drinking and cracking onto guys.
And they go home with the same strong confident protective males whilst the betas sit at home , write a cry baby story , watch football, eat pizza and fart.

The massive increase in beta males , i think, at a "darwinian " level is because our genes recognise "over population"

Womens ovaries dont want to pop out 12 babies like a broodmare (because they sense that the resources are going to be scarse)
Did you know roos regulate fertility based on grass availablility. they carry joey fetuses which are discarded if the grass is inadequate.

Anyway, womens ovaries sense this upcoming problem and they respond by emasculating men.

men testicles probably accept this as well and they respond by adopting the required chode behaviour.

Sitting on a couch, getting fat, eating pizza and beer, belching and farting, are adaptations to reduce their sex drive and their partners (subconsciously) feed them this crap so that reproduction is now limited.

So the beta male is a biological phenomenom.

In countries where its hard to survive (africa say) the guys dna is desperate to spread as far and wide as it can, as he knows that beer and pizza is not an option for him

Anthropologically - the Pacific Islanders fits this description

Big strong warriors coming back from a big war gets all the women he wants

Big massive Samoans, Mauris, Fijians etc. There are no beta males in their society - either died at birth or wouldn't survive the manhood initiation.

But neanderthal meat heads don't survive that long either - he doesn't come back from wars

Back to your beta males - this is already proving to be a problem in our society.

i dont know your circumstances but the quite common situation seems to be this.

2 people get into a relationship (marriage or whatever) and they pop out a couple of kids.

They then both , sort of, "take each other off the market"

Hubby doesnt mind that the wife puts on a little weight , cuts her hair a bit shorter.
She doesnt mind that he does the same.

I'm not saying this is a bad thing at all.

In fact its a fairly stable and sensible way for people to reproduce and raise kids.

But, do women secretly want a partner who is a dope-ass stud....you bet, but she's scared he'll be targeted by other women.

And do men secretly want a partner who is a super hot sex kitten....you bet, but he's scared she'll be targeted by other men.

So theres a sort of "unwritten " agreement , in a lot of couples to become this way (sort of mediocre..but in the best sense of the word).

Does it have to be this way?

No it doesnt.

if you are a total champ (a strong protective alpha male) your partner wont be going anywhere and the way for her to "keep you" is to become that ball of female energy.

Steven Cuvey talks about this as the "interdependant" relationship, where both partners just work to make thier individual selves as "awesome" as possible.

sadly most partners are co-dependant.

they want their partner to "fulfil" them.

This can never work.
You can only fulfil yourself and neediness is always resented

Thanks scoot! You should have your own sub-forum where you can be a kind of Dear Abby. People can post and you can sort their poo out for 'em. I've taken your advice on board and considering the wife has never been fat, I don't have a VW parked on my midsection and we walk a lot and one of number two son's friends hit on her saying he was a stallion about 5 years ago, I guess I must be an alpha as my herd stayed put.

Sure, I agree with that scenario, however, I have grown to embrace the idea of equality! I would like to sit at home, mind the kids and bonk the neighbor if I so desire whilst my wife goes out to war risking getting her gizzards blown out. I think that would be kinda neat Wink

I want a strong protective woman like that.
But she can't look like some dyke in an army outfit, she must look like G.I. Jane in those movie pictures because I need to make my friends jealous.

Then if she happens to make it back to me in one piece, she may be lucky enough to be invited to join me and the neighbor for a threesome.

..And of course, she'd bloody well get a good career to pay for the lifestyle in which I've become accustomed because I don't take kindly to no loser woman! Angry
