Others will simply insist that there was grass on the wicket, though there is no evidence to back this up, other than an appeal to consequences - ie, there must have been, because otherwise Muhammed would be a pedophile.

He fell in love with her when she was six or earlier, and organised the betrothal ceremony/purchase when she was six. I believe there was a rather weird dream involved, where Muhammed had another of his convenient revelations.
