Nobody could argue that abos arent criminally inclined, but theyre small time - asaults, thievery etc.  They dont have the discipline and the brainpower to graduate from that.  But if a honky is criminally inclined, he might defraud front bottoms of hundreds of hundreds of thousands of dolkars - the proceeds of 10000 abo robberies in one swoop.

However, if honkies are the 1%, there is another group who are the 0.01%.  They can camouflage themselves in a honky population when it suits them, but can be a distinct group when that suits, and consequently can commit crimes on an unimaginable scale (which then get pinned on honkies for convenience).  With such skills, one might call them gods chosen people.
