Most immigrants benefit this country, some, most certainly do not. They area burden on the community far exceeding and value, perceived or otherwise.

If in the first few years you are shown to be a bit of a free-loading criminal scumbag, you and you entire family get to go somewhere else at the taxpayers expense.

Would certainly ensure everyone is approriately motivated to be models citizen after they arrive here. Just like they should.
