But why only those with dual citizenship?

Change the law to include any 'Asian' who can speak one of the subcontinental languages. Second generation, third generation, fourth generation - deport them if they are still living like Indan and Pakistani colonists in Britain.

the trouble sending them back to India or Pakistan no one cares about the kids over there...

my god they put the kids on the streets frtom about 4 yrs old...
