Can you guess what it is? It's glaringly obvious in the video - and is often mentioned by passengers travelling on other planes. The designers are simply f'wits who refuse to correct this contentious issue between passengers. link

Not right so far.

Incidentally, technically it might be the biggest passenger plane ever designed, but looking at it from the ground it looks smaller than most other passenger planes.

When it first came flying into Sydney, the TV journalists who were assembled at the airport with their cameras ready were hugely disappointed when it came into view.

I've driven across the tarmac, and then climbed the stairs into an A380 at Dubai airport at least a half a dozen times.
The size of it still amazes me.

I can't fault the plane, and thankfully one leaves Perth airport every single night at 10:00pm.

Correct.

It is huge - but not when you see it flying overhead - and THAT is because the extra size they boast of is in the vertical construction and only very minimally in the lateral construction.

And Gregg - as an Australian flying from an Australian airport are you allowed to chose pork products off their menu?

It's a case of 'Mea Culpa' - same with Western populations financing the Rise and Rise of Communist China through buying cheap Made in China products.

And then us voting in politicians who want to trash-and-vandalise our Western homelands through the importation of highly incompatible immigrants.

only an idiot would say it looks smaller than a normal passenger plane. Ive seen them take off many times and trust me, they are a massive plane. Have you ever seen one at all? It would seem not.

There was a huge amount of hype about the size of the plane in the lead up to its inaugural flight into Sydney, and I remember reading at the time that when it appeared in the sky before landing at Mascot airport the general consensus of those waiting below with their news cameras was that it was disappointingly ordinary in terms of size as seen from the ground.
