Definitely British Royal Family shouldn't do that horrible crime.
They should resolve this in more civilized way.

Apparently this is a fake.

And as for Putin's official relations with the royal family:

Speech at a Reception at Buckingham Palace

June 24, 2003 - 23:50 - London

Vladimir Putin:

Before going over to the official part of my speech, I wish to express my sincere condolences to Her Majesty the Queen and to the British people for the death of the British soldiers in Iraq.

Now it is becoming clear that whatever differences there may have been between us, we must act together.

(This part of the speech was given by President Vladimir Putin in English)

Your Majesty, ladies and gentlemen,

First of all, please allow me to thank you for the warm welcome we have received. We were deeply touched by the words of greeting you conveyed to Russia and its people. Most importantly of all, the sincerity of these words is confirmed by the results of our intensive bilateral cooperation. In Russia people have great respect for you, Your Majesty, and for the Royal Family.Russians see in you a noble example of faithful and selfless service in the name of your people and a model of untiring defence of your nation’s spiritual values and traditions.

I must say that we prepared for this visit to the United Kingdom as for a most important event, and gave it the utmost significance. All the more so as this is the first visit on such level in our countries’ history since 1844. Here, at Buckingham Palace, the foundation stones of which were laid back in the eighteenth century, it is appropriate to remember that the history of official relations between Russia and Great Britain goes far back indeed, farther back than the century in which this palace was raised. This year, we celebrate the 450th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between our countries.

But even before then, British and Russian merchants were already building up business and economic ties. No distance was too great to get in the way of the development of trade. That these contacts were indeed active is illustrated by the fact that in the mid-sixteenth century a trading company was established to develop commercial ties with Russia. This was the first such company not just in Britain, but in all of Europe. It’s name, Moskovskaya, is a delight to the heart of every Russian. Today, its traditions are continued by the British-Russian Chamber of Commerce, which works effectively to build up and strengthen our economic ties.

The visit to Britain by Peter the Great in 1698 is considered one of the landmarks in our country’s history. The tsar-reformer’s travels to your country and to other European lands helped make your country more familiar to us. When he came home, Peter the Great told English engineer John Perry that the island of England was the most beautiful in the world.

I am sure that the thousands of Russian tourists, businesspeople and young people who visit Britain feel just the same way today.

Your Majesty, ladies and gentlemen, the chronicle of Russian-British relations contains many glorious pages, and above all, evidence of how our cultures have interacted and drawn on each other and of the spiritual closeness of our peoples. Also here we find the names of great scientists, writers, musicians, military commanders and entrepreneurs. And of course, a page that stands apart in our common history is that of the military alliance between our peoples during the Second World War. We shall never forget the dramatic years of our common battle for victory over an enemy that threatened all of humanity.

Our countries have always had a key place in determining each other’s foreign policy priorities. We are therefore particularly pleased to see that relations between Russia and Britain have moved to a qualitatively new level over recent years.

We have learned to understand each other well and to work fruitfully together. And this has yielded substantial dividends in all the areas in which we work together.

Our level of political cooperation is particularly high. What is important is that this is enabling us to develop our trade and economic ties. Here, Britain is the leader on many counts.

We are grateful to Your Majesty the Queen for your considerable contribution to developing relations between our countries. We all remember your visit to Russia in 1994, which gave a powerful impulse to developing these ties. This visit has left warm memories in the minds of the Russian people.

I hope that you too have been left with warm memories of your visit to our country and your chance to become acquainted with its great culture and its open, friendly and just people.

I am certain that this state visit will inject new energy into bilateral relations between Russia and Britain.

Allow me to raise a toast to the health of Her Majesty and to the prosperity of the British people.

(I took this from the website of the Russian president.)

Russia will sink Britain under a nuclear tidal wave and reduce the US to 'radioactive ash' if NATO sends troops into Ukraine, top Putin propagandist warns. With walls 4m. thick at the base and standing 30m. high, the St George Tower was built between 1227 and 1230 as part of the new defences of  Windsor Castle following the siege during the reign of King John. Windsor is 190m above tsunami sea-level.
The thickness of Moscow's Kremlin walls varies from 3m to 6m. The top of the walls, along their entire length, have outwardly-invisible battle platforms which range from 2m. to 4m. in width. Moscow's altitude is 124m. which is way below Charles' fortress ruling the waves.

On a talk show, journalists can say anything. They are not responsible for anything.

And I doubt that Putin threatened to bring down nuclear strikes on Britain.

Russia has already modified or built several vessels capable of carrying the enormous weapon President Putin dubbed “Poseidon” when he listed it among six new “Super Weapons” in 2019. He has ordered 30. Moscow has carried out drills with its tactical — or battlefield — nuclear weapons in southern Russia and with ally Belarus, where some were deployed in 2023. Russian Defense Ministry videos showed Iskander missile launchers, nuclear-capable warplanes and sea-launched missiles.
The Kremlin described the exercises as a response to the West pondering the deployment of NATO troops to Ukraine and allowing Kyiv to use longer-range weapons for limited strikes on Russian territory.

Wow - that'll split NATO right down the middle....... DUH!!!

Looking at the shadows on the car roof in the photo taken just before the crash, this was clearly a different colour and brightness to a camera flash.... and pretty much on a level with the windscreen...

Remember that prick last Sunday night on the dark road with his big bar light that he switched on to make it funny to blind following drivers... I see his car again he is grass one way or another...  if he and his mates did that several times, they will already be on Loser's List.

Can anyone imagine such stupidity?  If I so much as see that vehicle with that light on it, I'll make a report he's doing it right now, regardless... one way or another ... if the cops don't get him, I will.  Promise.

You can see the Russian storm troopers have full eye protection against the flash.  Prince Charles's comparison of Russian President Vladimir Putin with Adolf Hitler triggered a diplomatic row when Moscow scolded the heir to the British throne for what it said was an outrageous attempt to sully Russia's reputation over Ukraine.

Well, it is quite obvious that Russia is conducting its nuclear exercises to show that its nuclear weapons are not rusty. And this is done to cool down some hotheads in the West who are ready to raise the level of escalation to an unthinkable height. This level is already unusually high.

When was it that Western missiles hit the territory of the Soviet Union? And now long-range missiles like HIMARS and Storm Shadow are hitting the territory of Russia.

And no one has hit the territory of the United States and Britain with cruise missiles yet.

I thought that Putin had explained everything clearly at the beginning of the Special Military Operation in Ukraine.

As you can see, this is mainly about NATO ("a tool of US foreign policy"), not Ukraine.

(This is taken from the website of the President of Russia.)

Address by the President of the Russian Federation

February 24, 2022 - 06:00 - The Kremlin, Moscow

President of Russia Vladimir Putin:

Citizens of Russia, friends,

I consider it necessary today to speak again about the tragic events in Donbass and the key aspects of ensuring the security of Russia.

I will begin with what I said in my address on February 21, 2022. I spoke about our biggest concerns and worries, and about the fundamental threats which irresponsible Western politicians created for Russia consistently, rudely and unceremoniously from year to year. I am referring to the eastward expansion of NATO, which is moving its military infrastructure ever closer to the Russian border.

It is a fact that over the past 30 years we have been patiently trying to come to an agreement with the leading NATO countries regarding the principles of equal and indivisible security in Europe. In response to our proposals, we invariably faced either cynical deception and lies or attempts at pressure and blackmail, while the North Atlantic alliance continued to expand despite our protests and concerns. Its military machine is moving and, as I said, is approaching our very border.
.......
Despite all that, in December 2021, we made yet another attempt to reach agreement with the United States and its allies on the principles of European security and NATO’s non-expansion. Our efforts were in vain. The United States has not changed its position. It does not believe it necessary to agree with Russia on a matter that is critical for us. The United States is pursuing its own objectives, while neglecting our interests.
.......
At the same time, technology, including in the defence sector, is changing rapidly. One day there is one leader, and tomorrow another, but a military presence in territories bordering on Russia, if we permit it to go ahead, will stay for decades to come or maybe forever, creating an ever mounting and totally unacceptable threat for Russia.

Even now, with NATO’s eastward expansion the situation for Russia has been becoming worse and more dangerous by the year. Moreover, these past days NATO leadership has been blunt in its statements that they need to accelerate and step up efforts to bring the alliance’s infrastructure closer to Russia’s borders. In other words, they have been toughening their position. We cannot stay idle and passively observe these developments. This would be an absolutely irresponsible thing to do for us.

Any further expansion of the North Atlantic alliance’s infrastructure or the ongoing efforts to gain a military foothold of the Ukrainian territory are unacceptable for us. Of course, the question is not about NATO itself. It merely serves as a tool of US foreign policy. The problem is that in territories adjacent to Russia, which I have to note is our historical land, a hostile “anti-Russia” is taking shape. Fully controlled from the outside, it is doing everything to attract NATO armed forces and obtain cutting-edge weapons.

For the United States and its allies, it is a policy of containing Russia, with obvious geopolitical dividends. For our country, it is a matter of life and death, a matter of our historical future as a nation. This is not an exaggeration; this is a fact. It is not only a very real threat to our interests but to the very existence of our state and to its sovereignty. It is the red line which we have spoken about on numerous occasions. They have crossed it.

This brings me to the situation in Donbass. We can see that the forces that staged the coup in Ukraine in 2014 have seized power, are keeping it with the help of ornamental election procedures and have abandoned the path of a peaceful conflict settlement. For eight years, for eight endless years we have been doing everything possible to settle the situation by peaceful political means. Everything was in vain.
.......
The people’s republics of Donbass have asked Russia for help.

In this context, in accordance with Article 51 (Chapter VII) of the UN Charter, with permission of Russia’s Federation Council, and in execution of the treaties of friendship and mutual assistance with the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Lugansk People’s Republic, ratified by the Federal Assembly on February 22, I made a decision to carry out a special military operation.

The purpose of this operation is to protect people who, for eight years now, have been facing humiliation and genocide perpetrated by the Kiev regime. To this end, we will seek to demilitarise and denazify Ukraine, as well as bring to trial those who perpetrated numerous bloody crimes against civilians, including against citizens of the Russian Federation.
......."

The Kyiv Reich of the Hanover House of Battenberg Hesse-Darmstadt and HRH Diana Wellington is not part of NATO. It took a grip of the EU ten years ago and its Panzergruppe Guderian Drones hold Russian Poland.  As Tsar Vladimirovich ужасный грозный has explained, the Special Military Ukrainians and their ornamental elections are a cutting edge against Russian Europe and Slavic England.  Long Live the Tsar!
