If it wasn't for the internet and its social media resources that are able to by-pass the censorship of our mainstream media, so much of these stories and images would be lost to public scrutiny.

Traffic accidents, Footy heroes up on charges, a shop on fire, an Alzheimer's patient gone missing in bushland, someone swept off the rocks at a favourite fishing spot, what your weather has been like today, a drug bust that's just going to make the prostitutes and rent boys do more tricks for the same amount of shít.

You're missing the point.


Different societies are living in different centuries. Muslims crossing over from North Africa or the Middle East are WAY more Time Travellers than they are distance travellers in geographical terms.

I once worked with a Turk who wanted to physically assault a couple who kissed briefly outside the entry to the workplace as the husband (or boyfriend) was dropping her off to do her secretarial job up in the office.

He saw it as a gross abuse of Muslim social convention.

Astonishing Pictures Of Afghanistan From Before The Wars


Before the U.S. invasion, before the Russian war, before the Marxist revolution, Afghanistan used to be a pretty nice place.An astonishing collection of photos from the 1960s was recently featured by the Denver Post.
Amateur photographer, and college professor, Dr. William Podlich took a leave of absence from his job at Arizona State to work with UNESCO in Kabul, bringing his wife and daughters with him.

Later, son-in-law Clayton Esterson revived the later doctor’s photos and put them on the web. The response was amazing.

Esterson told the Denver Post: “Many Afghans have written comments [on our website] showing their appreciation for the photographs that show what their country was like before 33 years of war. This makes the effort to digitize and restore these photographs worthwhile.”

What a wonderful example of 'naivist' photography to gladden the hearts of those Lefties who like to portray this backwater shithouse that hasn't moved forward since biblical times as a 'nirvana' before the arrival of the Evil Russians and the Evil Americans.

Where are the opium fields from which come 90% of the heroin that turns Western girls into street prostitutes and the boys into pimps - and which accounts for a huge proportion of those languishing in our Western jails?

Where are the Dancing Boys who double-up as arse-hardened rent-boys to a never-ending queue of dirty old men?

In these photos one can see examples of child labour ;  women dressed as chattels ; the ruling elite travelling around in foreign cars under escort while the ordinary rabble go bare-foot in the dusty streets ; animal abuse and cruelty ; mosques and more mosques ; and anything by way of building projects and civic improvements almost totally financed by Western charity in the form of Foreign Aid. 

And where are the photos of the cruel and wholesale slaughter of thousands of cattle and goats during the festival of Eid-al-Adha?
