no, you started a thread where you claimed there was no such thing ... you've yet to establish it.

No because any time anything is introduced as evidence on side jumps up and down and says 'you're islamophobic you're islamophibic' so it was won by default.

so you completely disregard the fact that they could be right and declare yourself the winner? not sure that's how it works in the real world Gordy Grin

Ok, so answer this please.

Cool, we're making progress.

When ever any actual critique of Islam is made, the points are never addressed, just shouts of Islamophobia. Pretty cheap way to debate, don't you think?

No. I disagree ... claims of Islamaphobia are usually made whenever you make a topic that is completely unrelated to Islam, about Islam. Take this thread for example. Not one person (yourself included) has addressed his comments. Your only concerns appears to be his religion and that his wife, who is not a public figure and has nothing to do with the topic, wears a hijab .

It's this irrational fear of everything Islamic that makes you an Islamaphobe.

No, I think the things they believe are batsh!t crazy.

I have the exact same opinion of fundamentalist Christians and Scientologists. IMHO believing in Xenu makes you as batsh!t crazy as believing in Allah as it does if you're a fundamentalist snake handler.

I think anyone who believe in religion is mad, but that doesn't mean their opinions on other things are any less valid .. it has nothing to do with his comment on the NBN. That you can't differentiate between the two makes you an islamaphobe.

When Turnbull made one of his many comments on the NBN, how many times did you bring his Christianity into it? Or Abbott? or anyone else that wasn't Islamic?

Well it does for me.

IMHO, Turnby is a small c Christian. (See text below) He doesn't base his political decisions in strict accordance of his faith.

Abbott on the other hand, anyone who kisses Pells ring Wink I find unfit for office. I'm an avowed Abbott hater.

Mrs Ali wears a bag on her head because obviously Mrs Ali is deeply religious, so they both go into my nutjob pile.

Raised Presbyterian, Turnbull converted to Roman Catholicism in 2002.[96] However, he has found himself at odds with the church's teaching on abortion, stem cell research and same-sex marriage.[97][98] Turnbull supported legislation relaxing restrictions on abortion pill RU486 and he also voted for the legalisation of somatic cell nuclear transfer.[99][100][101] He did so despite the vocal public opposition to both proposals by Cardinal George Pell, the then-Archbishop of Sydney.

Religious nutters are just that and yes their opinions on other matters are just as invalid, you can't believe in a sky fairy and expect to be taken seriously on anything else.

I don't know much about turnbulls religious beliefs but I do know that abbott has be kicked from pillar to post about his and it has tainted his standing among many because of it and rightly so.

You can have absolute belief in a magical sky fairy or you can believe in the scientific method but not both, they are mutually exclusive.

So waleed or abbotts or the popes opinions on pretty much everything that is science based is irrelevant.

Gordy also claimed he had evidence of Australian Muslims trying to establish a Muslim theocracy.

He's yet to establish that too, but he did try to sell me a book.

It was just another lie from the Islamophobes.
Lies and irrational fear: that's all they have.

Think again.
