When non-moslems, visit, or live in a moslem majority nation, we must obey [and respect !!!] the laws and customs of that moslem country.

And when moslems come to live in non-moslem majority nations, we must respect the laws and customs of moslems.
.......because it would be culturally 'discriminatory' against moslems and their religion, not to do so.
