Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if expect it to some extent, and then they are facilitated by accommodationists and enablers.

Boges do you think its reasonable for the hospital to now "give priority to requests for female-only care".

Turns out gordy agreed with this all along.

Request is fine. Demand is not. Do you agree?
Yes or no answer will be fine.

Of course gordy. Isn't it funny how your entire hissy fit over this story is over some 'demand' that existed only in your imagination.

So Gandalf, hypothetically,

If a woman who's so devoted she wears a burqa/niqab politely asks for a female doctor and is politely denied due to operational reasons, would she leave it like that and say, no worries and accept a male doctor?

What do you think would happen next?

Who will, of course, be dealt with in the fullness of time.

When this happens, we’ll all be racist, no?

I'll grant you clemency and forgiveness, Karnal.
You obviously have Stockholm Syndrome and PTSD from the Muzlam violence in Western Sydney schools.   Cry

One of Victoria's largest hospitals will change its policy on female-only care after a Muslim patient wearing a full-length niqab complained of discrimination during an antenatal visit at one of its clinics.

For Ziarata Zia, the niqab she wears – which reveals only her eyes, hands and feet – is central to her Muslim faith.

I think we can safely say that you clearly do have a problem with it.

Indeed.

And he removed all doubt when he said "I could care less".

I taught at a few schools, all public. Afghans, Arabs, Iranians - they were all pretty tough.

But do you know? The most polite and studious ones were the religious Muslims. Girls in hijabs. Boys with their heads stuck in books.

Their parents of those students valued education highly. They weren't too different from the Chinks and Curries we've discussed.
