To me Templer is skirting around the problem which causes low I.Q. in muslims e.g. inbreeding.

The entire document is about muslim's low IQ compared to anybody else.

He goes on about skin colour may have some influence, then as page 202 says skin colour is not the problem as Arab countries (muslims) have a lower IQ than other countries with comparable skin colour.

He goes on about rigid dogma in islam then then asks are the Catholics experiencing the same problems. Then on page 204 we see that the Protestant and Catholic countries all are around the 100 mark while muslims have a mean IQ of 81.

Again he does not show the extreme differences in the two doctrines.

The facts are islam is keeping muslims in the 7th century as inbred closed  minded introverts (muslims are their own worst enemy).

It's important to recognize the difference between various religious creeds.

Nothing is  more rigid than say the Buddhist physical and mental training regime, yet we don't see their countries in the low IQ bracket, or Buddhists being the threat and problem to the entire world that muslims are.

Facts are facts muslims have a low IQ, today muslims are massively inbred due to 1400 years of it.
