Quote:The western world has plonked millions of muslims into the heart of Europe. Are muslims somehow different? Are they not entitled to change like we are???
Has some Muslim State been created in the heart of Europe?
There's plenty of them. Muslims build enclaves around mosques. Check out Lakemba. In England there are Muslim groups who harass people out of Muslim suburbs who are drinking, gay etc. If Israel wasn't getting attacked, bombed etc maybe they would be more inclusive.
Muslim
Sovereign States?
So if Israel wasn't a sovereign state but just a group of Jews with nukes holding ground in the Middle East, that would be fine?
i am a great admirer of the jews and of israel in particular.
many times they must have felt like giving up but they are very very persistent.
persistence is a great measure of character and of success.
they have also made the decision to keep on improving.
thru sheer grit, guts and determination, they have expanded into the desert.
the young people seem to feel it is an honour to serve in the military
this is a second principle of success...approach things with a sense of contribution.
they understand that failure is the default position if you dont take action.
they understand that "all the good you create will be attacked, unless you defend it"
it would do the middle eastern states a lot of good to send their best and brightest to israel to be mentored by the jews and absorb these core principles of success.
it is also useful for the whole world to study the mindset of several of israels neighbours , to come to an understanding of "failure"
we can learn a lot by studying failure, these states serve as a warning sign, in the same way isreal serves as a beacon
