Wow, you are turning out to be some visionary Aussie. But just to prove it can be done, can you give a few examples of 10 000 people doing this voluntarily? Then you would only have to repeat this feat 800 times over, all at the same time, without hickup, and viola, peace on earth! Things really do seem easier when you break them into small steps.

I doubt there has been one (maybe this one is close when you consider how many Muslims moved out on India and into East and West Pakistan) but.....someone invented the wheel, as I have already pointed out to you.

During WW11 I'll bet many hundreds of thousands, if not millions were moved all over the Planet. It is simple logistics, and not insurmountable in the absence of a defeatist negative attitude like you have.
