I am sure she knows that they exist. The word you want is ignore, and if more people from both of the big faiths ignored more of thier respective books then the world would be a better place.

Picking and choosing paragraphs between both books to compare contradictions and point out brutalities and exhortions to kill and rape is an idiot exercise at best but one enjoyed by idiots very much.

You are free to believe what you like. Jesus prophesied this would be the case and in fact your attitude, in the last days. So it is no surprise. God has never needed or ever will need people, it’s people that need God and it’s people that need God to justify their heinous crimes through their actions.

If there is a God who came down in the form of a man and endured all that pain and suffering to rescue and free people from evil then I doubt he could commission such acts.

I would say the people that wrote the old testament wrote more than what God had commanded them.
