Difference between american and australia leftards

Hipsters, yuppies, trendites, snots, do-gooders. Call them what you will. I know they are boring followers but what really makes the American and Australia versions different? Is it the coloured tattoos, big stupid earrings, p o ofy beards, bat faced girls or their 2 inch penises protruding from their trendy tight jeans?

They look really skinny and with their beards that they spend months growing (because of the lack of testosterone) they look street punkish (bum sellers). American do-gooder/hipstes are just as f a g gy looking but look more like wiggers.
