Because in their submission to ISLAM, moslems are submitting themselves to the will of Allah.

i.e.
Who today [i.e. in the world], is Allah's proxy, in directing how moslems correctly interpret their submission to Allah's will ?

If the moslem obeys his imam, is he submitting himself to the will of Allah ?

Or if the moslem decides to obey Sheikh Yassir al-Burhami, is he submitting himself to the will of Allah ?

Surely there is no higher authority for a moslem today, in submitting themselves to the will of Allah, than in obeying the will of Allah as it is revealed to all of mankind, in the Koran ?
