The Logies dont represent who is the most popular on TV, that viewpoint is childishly naive. They represent who could be motivated enough to vote on an online poll. i.e deadheads with nothing else in thier sad lives. If you talk to most people they think Waleed Aly is a prat. but most people couldnt give a sh!t about attaching enough importance to the issue, far bigger things in their lives. Its just people like you who cream their pants at the thought of some self important ethnic getting an insignificant "award"

Nope. The Logies are voted for by the mainstream. I don't vote for Logies. I don't even watch the Logies. But Walled was voted most popular TV personality by the mainstream.

I converse with at least a hundred people almost every day and it isnt in shopping centres.
