No, they don't actually.

Only about 25% of Australians have a negative attitude towards Muslims.

That isn't anywhere near "most".

Semantics .... you have a fear of people who follow Islam ..

like Gandalf said in the OP, call it prejudice or bigotry if you like, in the end it amounts to the same thing

A good explanation here:

Muslims Aren’t A Race, So I Can’t Be Racist, Right? Wrong.

I don't fear them. I don't like them.

Secondly running around calling people wacists when Islam IS NOT a race is for nutjobs. Islam is still not a race.

You can call it what you want. Most simpletons would agree with you.

Its not wacist to hate murderers, terrorists, pedophiles and bludgers but according to you if you hate islam which is made up of those
we are wacist, bigots. So no its not semantics at all. So you are wrong and so is gandalf.

Try harder next time, then all those who disagree with you may be wacists. Pfft.

They're preaching love, Aussie. They can't possibly be Muselmen.

Mind you, they're all tinted. Thus, there can be no other solution:

Ban them.

Love in the name of Muhammad no less!

Quick, get FD on to them so he can mock them for contradicting the "scheming jew" meme. This just won't do - we must shut down this sinister attempt by muslims to promote a peaceful and loving Islam!

Firstly, the disclaimer I always make when mentioning racism, that I don't  believe there to be any such thing as human 'races', so we can dispense with the usual "Islamophobia can't be racism because Islam is not a race". "Racism" is merely a byword for prejudice and bigotry directed at people on the basis of their ethnic, religious or physical differences.

Not only totally incorrect, but a mischievous misrepresentation of the word 'racist' and 'racism'.

Somewhere back there, only a few years ago, the lexicologists working out of Oxford decided to widen the goal-posts on the words 'racist' and 'racism' so they would also cover exotic cultures and religions - thus making it a 'taboo' and a breach of the Vilification Acts to voice honest appraisals and criticism of immigrant cultures and religions brought in from the 'Third World'.

The expanded definition was designed to further help stamp out freedom of speech where this might upset certain immigrant sensitivities of an inferiority complex nature.

"only" - ?

That would make it the third largest party in Australia, wouldn't it? A massive 25%.

No, Herbie, the Australian legal definition of racial and religious vilification has not changed. The term was designed thus in response to the racial and religious policies of the Nazis, a political movement close to your own heart.
