OK - so they were public servants -

yes - I know - they aren't allowed to release any info because it can embarrass the Govt.

That's all.

Yes - public servants sign a paper that says they will not divulge privileged information or suffer a penalty up to two years in prison.  I had occasion to remind the Minister for Veterans Affairs and the Minister for Defence at one time that divulging information kept on Service files to a loose agglomeration of  (sic) "veterans",police and public servants (sic) was illegal and all public servants who did so could be jailed for two years and fined.

You will now notice that access to Service records is more severely restricted than in the past, and that even a certified Veteran sometimes has trouble accessing his/her OWN records... especially medical records.... (wonder why that is?)....  Shocked

Just blowin' dat whistle dere....

The Australian newspaper reported today that at least two employees of the NBN company had been stood down from their duties, as a result of the Australian Federal Police investigation into ongoing leaks at that company

2 nbn co employees stood down for leaking - this proves what was being posted earlier is a lie.
I wonder how much  the Labor Party was paying them to leak the info? Nothing is for free these days.

You really are stupid - get it through your thick head - the alp didn't steal documents.

2 employees who have been stood down leaked them

The alp has not published those documents - media outlets did.

The bigger issue is - why was an lnp member allowed on an afp raid and not stopped as he was taking photos?

His much does the lnp pay you?

So the Labor Party didn't have in it's procession information it had no right to? Huh I'm getting confused.

you're problem is that you think you already know what was in the documents that were confiscated ... even the cops don't know yet. They haven't gone through them yet. They've been sealed and won't be opened until after the new senate forms.

Going by that line of thinking so does the lnp now - thanks to their operative who took the photos.

Do I have to draw this in crayon for you?

1. These documents were leaked by nbn employees
2. They were published by several media outlets
3. These documents were not stolen
4. These documents aren't illegal, they are just cic - leaking an illegal document would be like leaking a defence white paper

Keep blaming the alp - meanwhile the lnp have some explaining to do
