Interesting article on the vast majority of muslim women in India who want 1400 year old divorce laws changed.

Muslims must be the only people in the world who can divorce by text message,skype and facebook.

If you stick up for Islam you stick up for Islamic divorce-

Gandalf do you think muslim men should give away half of their stuff in divorce or do you prefer the cheaper Islamic divorces?

There is none of this halves nonsense with Islamic divorce, with 4 wives it could lead to poverty which is why the Australian Federation of Islamic councils have pushed for muslims to be allowed to marry and divorce under Islamic law.

No work for non muslims in the sharia legal system you will have to stick to pushing your pedicab for a living.

It should be banned in India. If any time, a revolution has to come in Muslim world, it should be from Muslim women, as they are very badly treated. No doubt all other societies have to forego bad habits.
