Europe allowed to ban the hijab in the workplace

This is a milestone in the quest to divest Muslim women of their Medieval mindsets and have them take their first baby-steps into the adult world of secular Modern Western Civilisation.

It's simply a case of encouraging them to grow up and stop posing as pious little bitches with their "Look at me! Look at me!" morally pretentious head-dresses.

Ultimately it's for their own good.

To be honest, Sprint, one of my all-time very best friends was a devout Muslim and a part-Negro part Arab ... and I told him that nuns wear hijabs because they are 'married to Christ' and do not sleep with mortal men for 'pleasures of the flesh'.

When Muslim women forgo the 'pleasures of the flesh' - then by all means wear a hijab with my blessings.

But until then, it's nothing but vanity and false modesty for them to adorn themselves in the fashion of celibate nuns.

I must say I feel a little sorry for the Sikhs with their turbans, but then again, it's my house to a London brick that no employer will refuse a Sikh employment because of his turban. There's also those red dots on the forehead some of those Gunga Dins wear. That might prove a problem in certain occupations.

In the last several months, I've had at least four Sikh drivers (well, one is a regular driver, but if he can't drive, he'll get one of his Singh mates to cover his shift.) Not one of them wear a turban, or have long hair.

As for the bindi, it is ceremonial, and not a daily necessity.

Interesting. That genuinely surprises me. I would never refuse one of those guys a job. They were okay under the British Occupation, and I don't begrudge them their turbans and beards in the UK and here.

Some idiots up the NSW coast who ran an RSL club refused them admission because 'hats' are not allowed in the club ... yes, "Believe it or Not!"

These people have stood alongside the British in India, Hong Kong, North China - just about everywhere, and to now start whinging about their turbans and beards is a case of ignoring the history of our two peoples.

Yes, some of them rallied to the Japs during WWII, but all-in-all who could blame them while the Brits were still ruling their homeland?
