For Cancer?

Once it was said, "There will never be a cure for the common cold, because its worth too much money for drug companies."

That same logic could be used for Cancer, in fact possibly even more so.
Trillions of dollars every year is donated, and directed into cancer cures.
But there has not been any real progress in the last 20 years.
Oh there has been the occasional advance, a little here, a little there, but never any real cure.
They still use massive doses of poisons t kill off cancer, a technique used for 50 years.

Think about it, just a little. Be honest.
If cancer was cured tomorrow, what would be the result?
How many companies, who's sole existence is based on research and developing cancer treatment would close?
How many research labs, Funded by donations and government funding would close?
How would it impact on drug companies bottom line, with no need for ridiculously expensive cancer treatment, treatment that never actually cures, but simply prolongs life while they bleed off any savings the sufferer has.

Finally, how would it affect the government?
People living longer, healthier, drawing pensions and being a burden on the system.

When one looks at it, cancer is the perfect disease.
A man works hard all his life.
He gets older, thinking about his retirement.
Then he gets cancer, he spends all his savings paying for a cure to give him a few more years.
His savings are eaten up and Govco makes a fortune in taxes from doctors, hospitals and drugs.
Once the man is broke, he dies, eliminating Govco's need to pay out into his old age.

Hell If cancer isnt part of Govco's plan, it would simply show just how stupid governments are....or are they?

20 years ago, leaded petrol was outlawed, because lead poisoning was possible and a few cases were identified.
But metal foundries and processing plants were right in the middle of town and suburbs, lead poisoning was happening here, but ignored.

But one fundamental thing about lead poisoning is that it can be removed from the body, it can be cured.

Now lets look at unleaded petrol.
No more lead, Right, that's good right?
But now our cars spew out hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide.
Both these gasses are known carcinogens.
That's right, we have gone from something that may cause lead poisoning to something guaranteed to cause cancer.
Cancer cant be cured.

Perhaps Govco isn't as stupid as we first thought.

Cancer won't be cured

there's too much money tied up in the industry

and it's a reliable reducer of population

What a load of rubbish.

survivability for most types of cancers has increased incredibly in the past 20 years. The new immuno therapies are looking amazing.

Cancer is really just an umbrella term for a very broad range of conditions for uncontrolled cell proliferation. Different kinds of cancer need totally different treatments.
