I'd just like to take this opportunity to spinelessly apologise for this guy...

ahem...

He is advocating for a particular system of government that would legally legislate a particular form of capital punishment. He is not calling for acts of murder or terrorism, and there is no way the events in Orlando could be linked to what he said here.

While I disagree with what he said, the actions of Turnbull are clearly based on political opportunism.

The problem with the middle east seemed on the surface is related to Islam. However, if you look down to the basics, it is actually not. A better description would be more along the lines of tribal warfare or extreme nationalism. Religion is just there to motivate simpler minded to do their master's bidding, and to control the population.

Religion and homosexuality is another good example of such control. In the old days, a tribe / nation can not survive without expanding its work force - aka army, productivity. And so, this is controlled conveniently by relating it to an all mighty divinity.

So there you go boys. I know alot of you wanted to have an army of righteous against an enemy lead by the devil. But the cruel reality is that, we humans have just being fighting against each other. There is no divinity, there is no holiness about all of it.
