No, they are merely circumspect. There were numerous websites which published condemnations of September 11 from a Muslim perspective but the West perpetuated with the idea that "Muslims all danced when the planes hit." Why? Because that was what the bigots liked to believe. Roll Eyes

Ultimately, that is what their concerns are. They don't like a particular group, no matter how nice, how good, particular individuals are, whom are members of that group, because they are bigoted against that group.

Muslims are for the overwhelming majority, good, law-abiding, Australian citizens (within Australia). We have seen the same arguments used against Irish, Catholics, Italians, Greeks, Yugoslavs, Germans, French, Spanish, Vietnamese, Laotians, Cambodians, name a few and invariably they have been shown to be wrong, based ultimately around bigotry, racism and hatred. Time you woke up to just how hollow the arguments are.

And nobody has ever said that criticising fascism is bigotry against Italians, Germans, Spaniards even though they ALL lived under fascist ideology for years.
