Why is it we can keep statistics on all sorts of personal information, freely available on line at the ABS, but the ethnic identity of offenders statistics are kept firmly guarded from the public via lock and key.

The obvious answer is that governments don't want us to know the true nature of ethnic crime stats.

Why? Well even Lisa jones could probably work that one out.
