We found an 11 yo girl today, 5pm, almost dark. Should have kept her, my son always wanted a sister, but we took her home. She was hiding behind bushes acting very strangely so I stayed put and my wife went to talk to her and as she got close saw her crying. She had been at her cousin's place and they were having a fight, she was scared and bolted.

Long story short, we stopped half way back to her cousins place, maccas, my wife went and bought some chips, I went home got my son, his car and phone, then took her back to her cousin's place, no-one home, took her home to her mum who was extremely worried and hugged my wife with tears.

Our good deed for the day.

I'm pretty sure that at least in WA asking at least religion was part of the lockup process. I don't doubt they noted other other information.

All demographic information is requested and recorded in the induction process, this process is similar in all states.
