Trump on terrorism
Jun 29th, 2016 at 12:16pm

Presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump reacted to the terrorist attack on Tuesday in Istanbul that killed at least 28 people at Istanbul’s Ataturk airport, saying terrorism must be kept outside of the United States.

In response to the recent attack, Trump issued the following statement:

"Our prayers are with the families of those killed and injured in Istanbul. The whole world is stunned and horrified.

The terrorist threat has never been greater. Our enemies are brutal and ruthless and will do anything to murder those who do not bend to their will. We must take steps now to protect America from terrorists, and do everything in our power to improve our security to keep America safe."

              *                *               *              *

Contrast this with the proto-muslim Obama and Clinton who refuse to even let the words "radical Islamic Terrorism" enter their vocabulary.

I am a little disappointed, if that was the 'meat' of his statement on this latest Turkey atrocity.

e.g.
I can't see any mention of the word, either ISLAM, or 'moslem', in that statement by Trump ?

Just the same old, same old,    ....."We must take steps now to protect America from terrorists...."

Probably those Lutheran 'terrorists' again, was it ?

ISLAM.

The author and inspiration, of rampant violence, everywhere in the world today [in this age].

But an evil, whose name must not be spoken ???

Why so ???

Of course they are Donald!

Trump said on Fox that a lot of the tens of thousands of Syrians the proto- muslim Obama is bringing into the country are ISIS members.

Well at the very least I'd say they'd be ISIS sympathisers. And as Soros says, images of violent migrants are what swung the Brexit vote, for which he's now blaming Merkel. The globalists are turning on each other.

So, Donald, you keep pumping out that rhetoric and hang it both on Obama and Clinton and it will do you no damage at all.
Except among the globalists and the leftists media . . .and f ck them.

Blah, boring. Tell me something, this latest massacre couldn't have anything to do with Turkey's decision (and with all the NATO powers) to back Al Qaeda-linked militias such as ISIS as proxy forces in NATO's reactionary five-year war for regime change in Syria would it?

Also, there were numerous reports emerging that Turkish authorities had forewarning of oncoming terror attacks - particularly in Istanbul clearly giving warning that ISIS had its sights set on the Ataturk Airport. Yet, they did nothing to stop it. I guess they were too busy moving their military forces closer to the Russian border and deepening its ties with terrorist Israel to care.

Yeah, prayers will do real good. ISIS has clearly sent the  signal to the Turkish government and its regional allies still can do considerable damage to Turkey.

Good call, Grump Trumpy you clueless bugger.

I'll tell you one thing for free.
I'd sooner have Trump batting for me against that Muslim filth than Hilarious whose hand is in every Saudi prince's pocket.

...

Another one of your weak, pointless arguments.

http://www.nytimes.com/2016/06/30/world/middleeast/turkey-a-conduit-for-fighters...

"From the start of the Islamic State’s rise through the chaos of the Syrian war, Turkey has played a central, if complicated, role in the group’s story. For years, it served as a rear base, transit hub and shopping bazaar for the Islamic State, and at first, that may have protected Turkey from the violence the group has inflicted elsewhere.

Now, the Turkish government and Western officials say the suicide bombings at Istanbul’s main airport on Tuesday bore the hallmarks of an Islamic State attack, and they have added them to a growing roll call of assaults attributed to the group in Turkey in recent months.

Analysts said Turkey was paying the price for intensifying its action against the Islamic State, also known as ISIS, ISIL or Daesh. Under mounting international pressure, the country began sealing its border last year, as well as arresting and deporting suspected militants. And last summer, Turkey allowed the United States to use Incirlik Air Base to fly sorties over the group’s territory in Syria and Iraq."

Your hippie warmongering fails to realize that Wall Street's dirty little NATO ally and key regional partner has been been largely responsible for purporting the terrorist organization that is ostensibly the target of US imperialism’s renewed war in the Middle East. A war that Grumpy Trumpy supports.

Oh, but as long as his prayers are with us...

He's talking about terrorism, not religion.

Terrorism isn't confined to religion (or even one particular religion).

In the US, political right wing terrorism is also a serious problem.

Between 1995 and 2014, for example, right wing terrorists have killed almost 1,000 people in the US.

To believe that terrorism only comes from Islam is extremely naive, to say the least.

Muslim terrorists killed more than 3 times that number in one attack on US soil. not to mention the US citizens massacred abroad by Muslim terrorists.

Greg will make any argument, trot out any irrelevant facts to divert attention away from his beloved downtrodden discriminated Muslims.
Well he will until one day one of them walks up to him somewhere, says the Muslim equivalent of "you're on candid camera" and unloads an AK47 into him.

Correct.

That's no reason to ignore political right wing terrorism, though.

It always amazes me when people go out of their way to defend terrorists who aren't Muslims.
