What you are doing is stereotyping. You are attributing the actions and characteristics of some within the group, and attributing them to the whole.

Years ago native Californians would move here or there and usually end up back in Cali. Now when they leave they don't come back. When I was last there in 2009 I couldn't wait to go back home. The cost of living there is way too high. It's way too crowded and the chances of being a victim of some kind of crime is way too smacking high. You can't even pump gas at a self service gas station without somebody trying to get in your car, take whatever they can and haul ass before you can do anything about it. If you do confront them you'll probably end up getting your ass kicked by them and their cohorts, have a gun pulled in your face or end up shot or stabbed. Even the illegals are leaving Cali at a higher rate than they're coming here now. Goes to show you it really must suck there if going back to Mexico is a better alternative than staying.

Unfortunately, I've met quite a few of them. I meet more and more every day. They won't stop moving here.

The poll by the University of Texas/Texas Politics Project, released Tuesday, shows Trump’s most controversial policies, including building a border wall and banning Muslims from entering the U.S., are overwhelmingly favored among Texas conservatives.

The same poll, however, shows Trump leads likely Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton by only eight percentage points in Texas. Overall, 41 percent of the state’s voters support Trump and 33 percent favor Clinton. Twenty-seven percent said they either prefer someone else or hadn’t thought about it enough.
