Excellent work, Penguin.  You probably could have made that more clear so that we more readily understood you may have been referring to a woman who had an abortion.

I'll take it that is what you meant.

Yet, it still begs the question ~ as a male, how could you have the slightest idea what variety of emotions a woman experiences in the abortion decision making process?

I am not the one struggling but clearly you are, Mothra.

Quote:
She said she was forced to perform a sex act on her attackers, and immediately reported the sexual assault to the police.

But she did not tell them that the men were speaking Arabic and Farsi. Instead she said she was robbed and her attackers were a “mixed group” of foreigners and locals who spoke German.

Twelve hours later she returned to the police to tell them the truth after a friend convinced her to be honest.

Notice the words "immediately reported the sexual assault to the police"?

Anyway, that's it for me.

Hardly a deflection. More a dismissal of a ridiculous analogy.

You lot seem to be assuming a tremendous amount about a recently pack-raped woman. I'm unconvinced any of you can relate.

That directly contradicts the news stories that i have read.

Perhaps you would like to link to yours? They appear out of time.

Good questions Aussie. As a male is your sadness equal to a females, is your sense of violation a shadow of child's, is a tooth pulled a tooth pulled. Not all decisions are easy that does not make a woman's decisions harder.

Would you make the woman bear the child if the father dearly wanted it?

Oooooh. It's tangent time.

In answer to your question, no.

OK, maybe I need to break it down for you in simpler terms.

Are you contending that a person has no right to have an opinion on an issue, and could not possibly offer a valid analysis of it, without experiencing it first-hand?

Because if that's the case, you're going to have to start excusing yourself from a great many Oz Politic topics in the future.

Listen carefully.

All i am saying is that after a pack-rape, your'e not thinking clearly.

I happen to know this first hand.

You lot are ascribing ridiculous amounts of motive to this poor woman. You have aacused her of deserving it, being more troubled by race relations than her rape, deliberately setting out to incriminate Germans, of only ultimately telling the truth because she was as good as forced, and countless other appalling things in these many pages of absolute offense.

You. Don't. Know.

But is absolutely sickens me to see a woman so abused being torn apart or not thinking clearly.

Hoe do i know she wasn't thinking clearly? I've been there.

I'm not seeking to broaden this into a debate about abortion.  I can cut that off at the pass by saying up front that the impregnated woman has the ultimate say in that matter.  What the bloke wants, while she ought take it into account, does not count for much.  He can move on, go find another child producing machine if he is unhappy with his current model.

Because pregnancy is a tremendous amount of impact. Can even be life threatening.

In more concrete terms, the laws of procreation are simple. It takes 2 people to manifest a conception but only one to turn that conception into a child. There is no balance. Men and woman both have the advantage or disadvantage, depending on your objective but nature dictates the terms.

Ideally a man is involved in the decision but the decision is ultimately hers. If she is wiling to carry the child to term for the father, then she is a remarkable woman.

What I find most disturbing is the fact that if she was raped by white German males and falsely reported to the police that they were refugees you would be taking a totally different stance.

You would be horrified and shrieking Islamophobe, ignorant, bigot etc etc etc.

And I find that shameful.

I know I said it before but that's definitely it for me for the night.

She only reported a robbery attributed to "German speakers".

Do keep up.
