Though the White House ruled out any link between the gunman and known "terrorist organizations," a Facebook page attributed to Johnson ties him to several radical black activist movements listed as hate groups in the United States.

The cop was off his nut.

I can't believe how calm his girlfriend was, though.

It's a never ending cycle. Lots of violent black criminals, the police get more on edge. USA is phucked

Sitting in a car and reaching for your licence when asked to by a police officer, is not a criminal offence.

Still, the cop murdered him anyway.

If you reject all the evidence and only accept what is required to reach you desired outcome.

Why did you not mention that he told the cop he was carrying a weapon and when the cop told him to raise his hands he reached into his pocket.

The very last thing I would do if a cop had a gun aimed at me would be to reach into my pocket.

Those cops, well at least one of them, the shooter who killed that man in his car in front of his wife and child, sounded hysteric, terrified.... how can people like this be given so much power over life and death?????? . IT STINKS.. this is just one example , and I despair for the people of America. MY GOD who'd be black in the great US of A, if they had a choice.!!

Sadly recent footage of police brutalising the public (altho not actually killing them) has come out of the Gold Coast.

There must be a better way for police to interact with people than savagery.

That's totally incorrect......he refused instructions to stop all moves to his shirt......

The word is the cop repeatedly responded to the man's insistence that he provide his firearms license....the cop didn't ask him for his license......the stupid sh!t ignored the cop, & went to his shirt anyway.....the officer told him to put his hands on the dash...the man ignored & proceed anyway.....the cop shot him dead.....justifiably .....he warned the man repeatedly.....the cop gave clear instructions.......the man sealed his own fate by ignoring the cop.

What we saw was what the girlfriend nonchalantly recorded after the shots.

Ignoring the cop will always end badly, especially while the cop is holding a loaded firearm on you telling you to stop, it will end badly.......it did, & because people don't learn or listen, it will happen again, & again, & again.....do exactly what the cop says, & don't do what he tells you not to do.....disobey.....lights out.

As long as the officer was clear with his orders, he will not be found in breach of any law....end of story.....one dead, very stupid man.

I get the impression that ever since the Civil Rights Act, the blacks have come to believe more & more that they don't have to obey the law because it's white man's law.

They might try showing some respect for the law, as most of their sensible leaders suggest - Obama bei Cool

As perhaps the only Black American in this forum, you will listen to what I have to say and like it:

A) To those calling for lynchings/mass-killings of us so-called "animals."

I came to an Australian forum because 1) I love those adorable, plucky accents you have and imagine them in every post 2) to get away from racist white Americans' ramblings. I know damned well that all your guns were confiscated, leaving me standing as the only person in this forum with guns (which I've been amassing since 2014 to combat crazy white Americans should they ever attempt to hurt me). That said, I have more guns than you, so I win. If you ever wish to attempt to lynch me, please catch a flight and come to my house. You will have as many perforations as a slice of Swiss cheese when we are done with our confrontation. (Most Aussie people are awesome though, and I love your cute accents! I'm single, you wonderful Aussie ladies! Please PM for my dating resume.)

B) On a serious note, American law & institutions have evolved to promote the power and interests of whites over blacks. This is reflected in every aspect of life -- poverty rates, likelihood of imprisonment for the same crimes, access to education and medical...you name it. What is happening here is no different than what you observe from the Palestinians in Israel, the Chechans in Russia, the muslims in France, the Hutus in Rwanda, etc etc...When you design a society that treats a group badly, that group gets pissed and begins to fight you back. I know I'm really pissed -- I've seen too many lives wasted by the animals who think we are nothing but animals Angry
