Real *FEEDBACK* For Everyone

This is shaping up to be yet another night of multiple quotes and re-quotes ad infinitum. On one thread I stopped counting at 16.

It's lazy and inconsiderate to readers. Last word syndrome? Other forums limit it to 5 or so, which is more than plenty.

Those of us who cannot post in Feedback deserve a right to voice an opinion. Admin can ignore our voice but we do have a right to say it without it being buried.

This thread should be stickied for all other than the select few who can post in Feedback, including those who were banned when the mass ban was implemented, who have had their names reset since the banning or who have otherwise been able to get around it.

I agree with you about the abuse of embedding posts, but it is quite fascinating that if I complain about a Forum issue, I am 'drama queening,' and you are one of those who make the allegation.

"It's FD's Forum, so shut up." It goes along those lines, yeas? And how dare you have the temerity to suggest that FD ought take into account the comments of Members! Gawd, next thing Nicole Page 2106 will start a thread with a Poll about how much of a whinger you are.

I think I saw FD say that you can reset "The newest 20 board topics" to 50 or 100 etc.

Can someone please tell me how and where to do that? I have looked but cannot find it and as I use "newest topics" predominantly I would like mine set higher than 20. They disappear too quickly set to 20.

With the new format I am finding the constant scrolling tiresome and, consequently, am not reading nearly as many threads as I used to.

most other forums I've been to can it at around 3

it stops lazy turds like pecca/mothballs from plastering the forum server with endless dribbling slowing garbage.. Angry

Agreed. Also, multiple threads with non-descriptive titles about the same topic/event is a pain in the arse. Having a quick look for existing threads before starting a new one is the decent thing to do.
