Well, the FBI is part of Obama's Justice Department, which is under the thumb of Attorney General Loretta Lynch.

And with a presidential election only a few months away, it's unimaginable that a Democrat administration would undermine its own party's leading candidate. That's not how you achieve and maintain power for your team.

My guess is that, as the New York Post has reported, Lynch and Bill Clinton talked about more than grandkids and golf on that airplane. Lynch likes her job and perks, and Bill's wife has the power to let her keep it if she wins in November, so ... let the mutual back-scratching begin!
