Barnaby Joyce is that the best the Nats have?

Have seen plenty of Barnaby Joyce lately due to the Federal Election. Now he's in charge of 42 Members of the National Party.

The more you see of this bloke the more you think, seriously, is that the best the Nationals have got. Him as Leader?

His effort with Johnny Depp really exposed this dickhead for his lack of intelligence.

The big worry is that he's Deputy Prime Minister, if something happened to Turnbull or he left for overseas visits we've got this train wreck running the Country.

Nick Xenophon would look better as Deputy Leader than this character.

Wrong Red,

Barnaby is exactly the sort of bloke who does well in politics because he is 'real" to 'real' australians.

Knockabout footballer, not a silvertail, hard worker, not up himself.
He fits perfectly the "personality" of the average national party voter who values these things and does not value the more
"intellectual BS" of a Tony Windsor .
the greens vote in new england is totally based on the pot smoking dole bludgers of nimbin.

So, congrats Barnaby, keep it real.

If you go to NQ you will find the whacky folk up there "vibe" with Bob Katter.

urban intellectual elites cant understand it because they are coming from a completely different "vibe".

In the same way, i cant understand Adam Bandt getting elected. To understand it, i would have to cut off my nuts, become a cry baby, get an office job and whine all day. because i am unprepared to do this, i cannot vibe with Adams voters. Horses for courses

Joyce as Deputy PM is just as bad, if not worse.

They've been going steadily downhill since Fisher retired.

I reckon Barnaby did the right thing in commenting on Depp and his bimbo wife who broke our Quarantine laws.

If something happened to Turnbull he would only be a temporary replacement until the Liberals elected a new leader, nothing to worry about.
