[quote author=Setanta link=1469183754/11#11 date=1469192928]edit: There are a many who make a good living being hippie in this region.

How do they escape the tax man? they'd be inviting bureaucracy or cops to knock on their lean-to if they made over $18,000

Huh? They are good tax payers.

One of the businesses I have been subbed to do work for.

Visit the area some time. Hippie is about self reliance.

While were at it, should the government get out of our lives entirely?

I don't want government in my life?

".....should the government get out of our lives entirely?"

No, for as long as we are paying them I prefer they be where I can hold them accountable to my every want & need.....

"......I don't want government in my life?"

I don't know, do you?? ..... & if you do, why?  ...

And if you don't.....why not?...

The Government is at the employ of the People, they serve at the pleasure of We the People, so as long as they only do what they are paid to do, then I want them in my life.....but if they should stray from their well defined objectives, they need to be ...eehhmm...they need to be severely shook, & enlightened beyond doubt!  ...

Is Megan Emily Jones Valkie's daughter?

Bureaucracy.

Perhaps it could be replaced with Beerocracy.

Megan Emily Jones needs more government in her life.

Should Australia bureaucratise all its eliminations is more the point...

Less is more IMHO.

I think the best way to deal with it is to use it.. to your own advantage, where ever that is possible. Pussy seems to like it tho. Smiley

yeah, so talking to myself while waiting for the showjumping,  but I reckon that Butcherbird thought I was an immigrant, and couldn't get my accent. Huh. Smiley

There is a common bird call I hear, and whenever I do, it sounds to me like its saying, in bird talk,  pure rhetoric pure rhetoric pure rhetoric.. never seen the bird, but smile whenever I hear it. Smiley Don't know why, ... it just sounds like  pure rhetoric to me. Smiley
