dunno. i would imagine the RNC has procedures in place but it would be an absolute disaster for the GOP. who would step forward? Romney who already said he wouldn't? Speaker of the House Ryan? Lyin' Ted Cruz?

the 168 members of RNC board would have until early September to pick a new nominee.
