You've missed the point.

If IQ is a measure of who best should serve as President of the US of A then what we have here is a travesty in light of the fact that universities all across America have academics whose IQs are up there in 165 - 170s and higher.

So it begs the question: What are the qualities needs to make a good President if it's not a high IQ?

I think you've missed the point... As Hillary Clinton has not served any term as president, she cannot be judged to have been a bad one (let alone because she has a high IQ)...

BTW...

Thomas Jefferson's IQ is estimated to have been 150.
