You can't quote that, Bobbie, it's mainstream media. Even if Trump did say that, it should not be reported.

We'll let Bogie provide the sources here. Bogie?

No way - Hillary will win & WW3 will start in Syria.

It can't be stopped now.

Yes, I suppose you're right.

Oh, well. At least Bogie warned us not to vote her in.

Looks like you were right after all, Bogie.

As of 7 minutes ago statistician Nate Silver gives HRC an 84.6% chance of winning:

It is far, far bigger than Trump by now.  That's the point that you either see (I do) or you don't (you don't).

The Trump phenomenon is not about Trump. All you blowhards carry on as if it was about Trump. You are way behind the 888th ball.

Don't flatter yourself... It's not hard to see that the American public has its issues with Clinton...

And yes, of course, Trump supporters are people who have stopped believing in something and have taken up believing in anything.

The Trump phenomenon (as you put it) is life imitating art with its anthropomorphizing of the Aesopian fable - 'The Hawk, The Kite, and The Pigeons'.

Oh well, not long to go now.

I don't think, and never have, the outcome is in doubt. Imean seriously people ,  no-one with an IQ above 100 would even consider that The Creep would be President. It just defies all logic.
(one hopes the American public does have an IQ above 100.)

It poses an interesting moral dilemma : Should a person's deviant habits be enough to bar him from ascending to national leadership even if he has the qualities needed to be a great leader?

Alexander the Great was a notorious homosexual whose private tent was a nightly riot of endless buggery and gay horse-play.

Hadrian of 'Hadrian's Wall' in the UK was another notorious homosexual.

Kemal Ataturk was a paedophile who had his own private harem of both boys and girls of which even his close associates disapproved of.

Should Trump's habit of groping women bar him from the position of Presidency?

That depends, Herbie. If those deviant habits include groping the wives of foreign heads of state, possibly. Still, I guess you could cover that one up - just make the mainstream media shut up about it.

But if those deviant habits include groping a consenting intern, it should be on the nightly news for 6 months and impeachment proceedings should go ahead.

I mean, it's that simple, okay?

That's a good point too. Trump could always get a private harem.

He pretty much had this in the Miss Amerika change rooms, so why not the White House?

The contestants signed non-disclosure agreements - all Trump's staff do. Trump plans to get public servants to do the same. If they dare to speak out, Trump ties them up in court until they submit.

A good idea, Herb. Should Trump announce it as a policy, or should it be kept Top Secret?

A Note in Passing:

Quote:
Ode To The Welfare State

Father, must we work to eat?
Oh no my lucky son,
We’re living on easy street with dough from Washington.
We’ve left it up to Uncle Sam; now don’t get exercised.
Nobody has to give a wham, we’ve all been subsidized!
But if Sam treats us all so well, and feeds us milk and honey,
Please tell me, Daddy, where oh where he’s going to get the money?
Don’t worry, son, there ain’t no hitch in this here noble plan;
He simply soaks the filthy rich and helps the common man!
But Daddy, won’t there come a time if we take all their cash,
When they’ll be left without a dime and things will go to smash?
My faith in you is shrinking, son you nosey little brat;
You do too much thinking, boy, to be a Democrat!

Quote:
With less than two weeks to go, the race for the White House has narrowed as Hillary Clinton now has a three-point advantage over Donald Trump.

That’s within the margin of error of the national Fox News Poll of likely voters.

Clinton is ahead of Trump by 44-41 percent.  Another one-in-ten back a third-party candidate and four percent are undecided.  Last week she was up by six points (45-39 percent) and before that by seven (45-38 percent).........

Linking sexual assault and rape to consensual homosexuality.

Does Trump have the qualities to be a great leader?

If so, what do you believe those qualities are?

He's not a politician by trade.

A good thing, agreed.

However, I don't see any qualities that would make him a great leader.
