Where the white male feels by waving his dick in the wind he can form unopposed questions of bigotry and demagogic behavior all on the name of economic, social, and gender grievances.

Mainly white men without a college education who exacerbate racism and believe they are being constantly attacked by liberal pundits. The white male who is in a panic believing that economic distress in America has no factual basis and that poverty and inequality could never exist in their sexist pro-war/pro-sports/date rape culture. 

The white male who feels his social and political discontent and decline in quality of living standards is to be solely blamed on the Muslim, the black, and most of all, women. 

So all they can do is wave their dick in the wind and complain.
