If the Republican Party has one shred of decency left, it is time for them to disown Trump. Yes, it means all but surrendering their chance of winning the election, but there is more at stake than one election. The GOP would be better to cut their political losses, fall back and regroup. Trump's hypocrisy invoking the Lewinsky scandal shows the depth to which the GOP is prepared to go. If B Clinton had adopted Trump's attitude, he would have been impeached by the Republican majority. Trump is unfit to be President of the USA.

This has nothing to do with Trump's phantom policies. What we are seeing is elected Republicans reluctant to criticize Trump's public piggishness in the event that it reflects on them with Trump voters. Those Republicans are hedging their bets, and their silence is becoming increasingly damning of their own character.

Living in the USA, I knew many decent Republicans and Democrats. I am sure my Republican friends are astonished to see the Party of Lincoln, become the Party of Trump. I doubt they will go to the polls.

It follows the correct response to not paying tax for twenty years - he can get away with it

The strange thing is that Trump keeps trying to appeal to ordinary working Amerikans - taxpayers, women with pussies. And he does it all by saying he'll help them as president because he's so good at getting things out of them.

One of his policies, of course, is massive tax cuts for the rich. This is designed to help the poor, just like the Bush tax cuts in 2001 saw unemployment continue to rise and caused the biggest budget deficit in US history. Trillions - all of it subsidizing the rich and Iraq War contractors.

It's the correct response.
