Probably it's because he still - for the time being - retains some credibility, or maybe because she is just plain discredited, whatever the reason, the running for Clinton is increasingly being done by somebody else.
Obama it is, or Abu bin to his friends from the mosque, he is running for her life and his own.

As Trump jumps out to +7 in North Carolina, he has been bashing the air waves with messages:
"Democracy is on the ballot. Good schools are on the ballot". & so on & so forth.

Just about the only thing not on the ballot, according to his spiel, is the name of Hillary Clinton.

She's drafted in everybody to run rallies for her. Only 40-50 people maybe, but they all vote, maybe twice.
